  1. Capture results at anytime throughout a workout

    Tap the chart icon 📊 in the top right to view the workout log, make individual exercise updates and view exercise demonstrations.

  2. Capture individual exercises one by one

    Use the (+) button next to the exercise name.

  3. View the history of each exercise

    Each time you capture results during a workout, they are attributed to the exercise, so you can view the complete result history to track progress and improvement.
