Each time a form is completed and submitted by one of your app users, you will receive a notification via email that a form has been submitted. The details of the completed form and answers provided by the user will be available when you login to view the submission in the admin.
Every completed form is also stored in the Forms tab of your dashboard, under the form "Submissions" tab where they can also be exported.
Forms are a great tool for collecting and recording data from subscribers–they can be triggered on certain actions, for example at the end of a workout or to collect data when a new user subscribes to your app.
