Is your client having trouble downloading your app to their home screen?
Are they using an iPhone/iPad?
There is a currently a limitation on Chrome for iOS where a user will not see an option to download the app to their home screen. Please ask your client to use Safari when downloading the app from your unique URL. Unfortunately, this is a limitation of Apple's iOS and we hope it will be rectified in future updates.
