Its easy to duplicate a workout, exercise, article or meal, simply by clicking the Duplicate button.
This makes it very convenient to use the same content but for a different audience for example, by changing the name of a workout and adjusting the sets/reps/time etc.
Or perhaps you want your clients to perform the same workout every Tuesday for 4 weeks, but with a rep increase.
You may like to duplicate a meal and adjust the title so that you can apply it to different weeks within a program.
In a nutshell, this feature is a really big time saver and super easy to use.
